Is Steam for Linux the future of gaming?

If you're a Linux addict and a game addict, you probably have dreamt to not have to boot Windows to play your favorite titles. This might be not a distant dream, or so thinks Valve CEO Gabe Newell. In this interesting article from ZDNet, Gabe Newell makes some interesting points on his view. I'm not very fond of CEO's predictions (see Bill Gates...) but I really hope so, Mr. Newell!
